1. Eligibility for Returns

Neomartshop accepts returns only under the following conditions:

Returnable Products

Clothing & Wearables – Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Electronics – Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for return or refund at Neomartshop:

Innerwear and undergarments
Electronics that have been used, opened, or tampered with

2. Valid Reasons for Return

Neomartshop accepts return requests only for the following reasons:

Wrong size or fit (clothing)
Damaged or defective product
Wrong item delivered
Product not as described on the website
Change of mind
Missing parts or accessories

3. Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return at Neomartshop:

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
Original tags, labels, and packaging are mandatory
Neomartshop reserves the right to reject returns if tags, packaging, or accessories are missing

4. How to Initiate a Return

Customers must initiate a return request only through the “My Orders” section on the Neomartshop website.

Return requests made through email, phone calls, or social media platforms will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Policy

If a return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Neomartshop will bear the return shipping cost
For all other reasons (size issues, change of mind, etc.), the customer will bear the return shipping cost

6. Refund & Replacement Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at Neomartshop
Replacement or exchange may be offered at the discretion of Neomartshop, where applicable
Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected

7. Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and approved by Neomartshop:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
The actual credit time may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider

8. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges (if paid by the customer) are non-refundable
Orders with free delivery will not have any shipping-related deductions

9. Rejection of Returns

Neomartshop reserves the right to reject any return request if:

The product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration
Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing
The return request is raised after the applicable return window

10. Legal Jurisdiction
